Adamawa government have said they are going to compensate families of police officers attacked by herdsmen

This is a good development for the families of the policemen killed by herdsmen.
Adamawa State Government said it would support victims of attack allegedly carried out by herdsmen in some parts of the state. Gunmen had on Sunday morning, killed a Divisional Police Officer (DPO) and 29 other civilians in Gerei local government area of the state.
But State commissioner for information, Ahmed Sajo, who said security men were on top of the situation, added that government would compensate both injured victims and those whose houses were destroyed
