Chinese
telecommunications company Huawei is suing PDP over the illegal campaign ad of Jonathan
that they put on the outdoor pole ad they paid for. They have also cancelled the street lamp pole
outdoor ad contract they have with Touchpoint Limited. They felt the company shouldn’t
have allowed Jonathan’s campaign materials on the same pole they paid the
company for. Huawei paid the company to have their ads appear on the street light
poles by the old tollgate near Motorways Ojota.
Touchpoint Limited in a
statement has come out to condemn the act of the PDP saying “Elections should
not be used as avenue to disrupt the honest business of hardworking Nigerians. This
actions of the PDP is questionable.
