Indigenous rap is the future of the Nigerian Music Industry says Olamide

One of the Nigeria’s most talented and successful rapper, Olamide has opened up on why he doesn’t rap in English. When City People’s Magazine asked him, he said ‘Se Ema San Wo Mi’ (Will You Pay For That) as he laughs. He says that there is no English that we will speak in Nigeria will be like when the originators are speaking English. He stated he believes in Indigenous Hip-Hop and he says it the future of the Nigerian Music Industry.

We can testify that since his first single he has been on the top spot and I don’t see him going down
