Atiku Declares Presidential Ambition

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has officially declared his interest in the 2015 presidential elections.
The 2015 presidential race has begun as former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has become the first candidate to officially declare his interest in becoming Nigeria’s next president.
Atiku declared his ambition today, September 24, 2014 at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre in Abuja.
He reportedly said:
"We need a strong, dynamic, decisive, competent and visionary leadership that can halt the current drift of the ship of state, fight corruption, create jobs, rebuild our infrastructure, provide social services and tackle insecurity in a decisive, robust multi-pronged way.  This is the change we want and deserve and this is the change the APC is primed to offer. "
The former VP also promised that he would create a Nigeria for all which would include young people in the decision making process.
Atiku will be contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
